CAN I GET A REVERSE PICKUP OPTION?

The reverse pickup option is available subject to pin code availability. In case, the customer's pin code is not available for reverse pick up then the customer would have to send the package through courier to our warehouse address A96,First Floor, Noida Sector - 65,201301,Uttar Pradesh
The reverse pick up charged would be transferred back to the customer’s credit account at Abelardo De Moda.
  • EXCHANGE AND RETURN

However, we also understand that many times there can be a change of mind or mood, which is why we offer you hassle-free exchange and return options so that you get the product that makes your heart smile.

It is important to highlight that acceptance of the exchange or return requests are subject to the following conditions-

Requests for exchange or refunds must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order
  • The product should not be damaged
  • Kindly send a video/Images of the original product received by you with the request for a return or exchange.
  • The product must be returned in original packaging along with the original receipt
  • Customized orders cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Sale pieces can only be exchanged and not returned
When can I expect to get my exchanged product?

Once the exchange request has been accepted, you can expect to receive the exchanged product within 7-10 days.
  • DAMAGED/FAULTY PRODUCT

Humans are prone to err and we are aware of that. Despite doing multiple checks before sending the product and ensuring safe delivery, we might not be able to control certain things during the delivery, which is why to assure you that in case you receive a damaged product then you can easily reach out to us on info@cassinidemoda.com and initiate a return request, 

However, certain things that you must keep in mind about our return policies are- 

Requests for return must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order 

A video of the product showcasing the problem must be sent with the return request within 48 hours of receiving the product. Without the video, the return process would not be initiated
It is pertinent to know that all items returned shall undergo a quality check at our warehouse to ensure that it meets our standards for accepting the returned item. Once the quality check standards are met, the return request would be accepted

  • REFUNDS

Except for COD orders, the refund amount for prepaid orders shall be initiated to the source bank account of the customer.

In case of a COD order, the refund will be initiated to the customer’s store credit account

Refunds of the amount can be expected within 7 days of the approval of the return request
